About Tiffannie
Tiffannie is a dietetics student who enjoys dance and appreciates the role that movement and well-being play in a healthy lifestyle. While studying nutrition and health, Tiffannie is interested not only in what nourishes the body, but also in what nourishes the soul. Having experienced the joy that dance can bring, Tiffannie believes that movement can bring people together and help individuals feel seen, included, and connected. Tiffannie brings experience in leadership and teamwork, along with a background in publicity, coordinating with external partners, and helping organize large-scale events. Through these experiences, Tiffannie has developed strong communication and organizational skills that can support outreach, program promotion, and collaboration within the team.
Joining the team felt like a meaningful way for Tiffannie to connect interests in health, community, and dance. Tiffannie believes that dance should be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, and hopes to help build an adaptive dance program where people of all abilities feel encouraged, supported, and able to experience the physical, social, and emotional benefits of movement.

Tiffannie's favourite dance memory:
“I don’t have a single favourite moment that stands out, but growing up with ballet has definitely been one of the best things that has happened to me. Ever since I was a kid, I dreamed of wearing a tutu. My favourite memory was when I finally got to wear a white tutu and perform in the Swan Lake “Dance of the Big Swans.” In that moment, I truly felt like a ballerina. It felt as if all the hard work had finally paid off, and I had finally earned the right to wear a tutu.“
