Heather is a therapist and a registered Social Worker working with all ages. She has been working with children and youth since 2014, when she started her Bachelor’s in Child and Youth Care. Heather has had incredible career opportunities throughout her life, and loves being able to share what she has learned over the years. Heather started her dance journey in 2022 with SJ Productions, and has loved every minute of it. From the weekly classes, to the preparation for shows to show day itself, dancing with SJ Productions has been a safe space to learn, explore and cope with life’s stressors.

Heather brings her passion for helping others, learning new things and working with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. Heather is patient, and has a warm disposition. Her empathetic nature allows her to connect with others with understanding, care and compassion. Heather wanted to join the team, as she understands how crucial dance has been in her own journey, and would never want anyone to not feel welcome or included in a space that can be healing and full of laughter and camaraderie.
